WEDDING VENUE RATES

The wedding venue can accommodate up to 120 pax.

Venue hire: R7000 over Saturdays & Sundays

Reduced venue hire : R5000 charged over Fridays & weekdays (excl.public holidays)

Special Rates over January, May, June, July & August 2012: Venue hire : R5000

Chapel is optional: R2000

In order to reserve the venue/wedding date, a R5000 deposit is required which will be offset against the final transaction.

All prices exclude VAT

Venue hire includes the following:

  • Tables, chairs, white tablecloths, white serviettes, crockery, cutlery and glassware
  • Bridal table with tablecloth
  • Table setting of the above items and Clearing of tables
  • Gift table and cake table with table cloth & Decorative cake knife
  • A frame Seating Display Board on an Easel with matching Table numbers
  • Fully equipped PA System complete with big screen, DVD-CD player, sound system and cordless microphone.
  • Please note, the sound system is not suitable as a DJ system
  • Fully Air Conditioned
  • Generator power as back up system
  • Enclosed parking with a parking attendant/security guard
  • Landscaped gardens & seaview for wedding photography

PROMOTION OVER 2012:

Cost effective Three Course Menus AND Four Course Menus at 2011 prices.

Large variety of menus on offer. Menus vary from R120pp-R209pp with an option to design your own menu. Should the bride decide to provide her wedding cake as dessert, R10 per person can be deducted from selected menus.

Competent & experienced Wedding Planner and Co-ordinator INCLUSIVE in venue hire.

Some of her duties include the following:

Assisting brides-to-be located locally, out of town & abroad in planning their special day; assisting with the selection of recommended (tried and tested) wedding vendors; ensuring that the draping company(of your choice)decorates the venue as per your specifications; assisting you in deciding upon an appropriate seating plan; ensuring that the bar will specifically be stocked as per your requirements;ensuring the timely delivery and placing of the wedding cake; assisting you in acquiring a pastor/reverent to conduct the wedding ceremony(if necessary); setting up appointments and co-coordinating arrangements with the relevant vendors/suppliers of your choice, e.g. flowers & decor, photographer and musician (DJ); setting up the welcome drinks&snacks for your guests whilst your photographs are being taken;etc. In short,assisting you in every regard in terms of planning your special day to perfection.
